Q.

he speaks only papa mama bua and dadi ,but not try any other word,s is this the delay in speech ? should I go for a doctor consultation or is it nor

A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make tuihe child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly. if the speech does ynot comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. If your child is understanding every every thing properly according to the current age of the child and there is absolutely nothing you need to be worried about the age of three years also for a child what is your child is not understanding anything at all then it is a matter of concern for that I would recommend you to consultWrite Your Answer Here
