he is only sneezing some around 10 times daily since yesterday no other symptoms

Could be an allergic reaction I can only advise you to go ahead with giving Sinarist twice in a day for three days this is what is going to help in reducing down the allergy over the period so this is one of the best options otherwise you can check with your doctor
