A. hi mom try to add proteins in each meals dal eggs chk paneer curds soya tofu add nuts powder in milk milkshakes lassi curd rice

A. Hai good evening !! If baby is active,achieving milestones then dont worry about weight. The ideal weight should be 14-20 kg. Give high calorie,protein rich ,good fat foods for weight gain. Banana,mango,potato,beans,peas,dals,idly,kichsi,dal rice ,curdrice,ghee,cheese,butter,curd,paneer,egg,meat,nuts,sattu,cerelac /porridge helps in weight gain.
