he is not gaining weight. even not eat much. he only take fruits

So Basically if the child is not going to eat well then every thing is going to get affected in terms of growth of the child is very important that you feel proper food to the child to find out a way to incorporate every thing into your child’s daily diet then only things are going to work for you
