AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. This can be due dryness. Apply coconut oil or baby lotion on the legs and hands to get relief from itching. This will help to moisturise the skin leaving it soft and smooth and give relief to baby from itching
