POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. When introducing semi sid foods in baby's diet, start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. You can feed foods like lentil puree, mashed banana, apple and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc. Introduce one food at a time and continue for atleast 3 days to see how well baby is digesting it.
