Consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek guidance in this matter. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruit, and dairy in the diet. Good luck and take care.

Usually in this age it’s it’s good for the child to be physically very active so if you feel like putting into some sports you can prefer doing that you can in fact put your child into swimming or something because with that child overall growth is going to increase the child will be more hungry the appetite would be better so that will help in good growth of your child
