he doesn't want to eat anything he is under weight than his age when he ate any food his chest is burning , always his stomach gets trouble if he ate anything, he can't digestive any food what is the solution

Consulting The paediatrician I think that would be the best solution for you, since you know that your child is facing a couple of issues already which is why your child is not eating so it would rather be more practical for you to consult your doctor for a treatment and medication so that the child system becomes better and over the period your child will start eating well again
