he 5 months old now he is not taking any solids he is vomiting it and he still vomiting milk

why are you offering semisolid food at this stage of age?
it is too early.
after completion of 6 months age, you can start to offer semisolid food to your child.
so please stop giving it .
please exclusively breastfeed your child till 6 months age ,no need of other food.
