having burning sensation in vagina after having spicy food what todo?

A. stop eating such foods ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

U Should immediately consult your gynaecologist because I don’t think so it can be precisely due to spicy food probably have got some infection or allergy over there but without proper check up I cannot advise you with the right medicine just clean it properly with cold water and consult your gynaecologist once
