Let him be hungry
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
Only time I make the kids eat is if they’re obviously hungry but not eating because they are distracted by something els Like tv games candy But if you put healthy and different foods in front of them and they are not hungry do not worry Offer it later. Offer a healthy snack later
