please check symptoms of illness like fever,cold,cough, dehydration, stomach problem like colic, indigestion or constipation , infection etc.
offer small and frequent meal but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
keep your child hydrated.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
make food presentation attractive.
for example
use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
maintain good hygiene.
