Hallo Doctor. Meri daughter 2 month ki h. uske ek eyes se pani aur white yellow discharge hota hai. plz suggest me.

as a child is having watery eyes along with yellow discharge too ,it indicates Infection
so please visit your pediatrician
it is important
please don't try self medication or any homemade remedies
just clean your child eyes with medicated Cotton ball or guaze
for example Babyhug cotton balls.
