Hai sir my son 10m old he is not gain weight not eat proper what I'm doing sir am giving food but he's chewing out side and secretion an mouth liquid like water

it also depends upon the diet the child is taking.
so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements.
the child sdhould be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount.
you can add ghee gfroundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child.
