my daugher is 3 year 3 month old she is having loose motion after continious wash of motion area she got red and little tored typ skin and she iz crying please suggest some ointment or wat to do.

you apply jelly or cream. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and  cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
