hai sir good morning. my baby is now 1 year 1 months old ...on her face,around the mouth white patches are coming so for why it coming sir , day by day it's spreading more sir

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the sgtkin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Propery mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
