hai,my son affected from cavities in molars right and left. dentist advice to remove his teeth and want to put clip for unwanted teeth alignment changes.is it neccessary for his 9 age old.?

A. hello mam yes it is necessary as if you will not place the space maintainer the permanent teeth will not come in perfect alignment and you might need to go for braces treatment later on
