Hai my sister's daughter is one month old. she is become dark please refer some cream or soap.

Use chico or mother care moisturizers .
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Include more probiotics in diet.
Soaps or body wash can be used which is not harsh.
Baajra or besan flour can be used.
