Hello cerelac is a packaged food, it is not as nutritious as home cooked foods like ri e dal ghee, khichadi ghee, upma, ragi porridge Start with fluids like dal water rice water then slowly add new food slike boiled apple, vegetable soup, mashed potato, upma , ragi porridge
