hai mera baby 2months old ka he breastfeeding hi lera bottle milk nahi pira mera milk bas nahi hora to kaise bottle milk habit karu

as your child is 2 months old, please don't offer bottle feed.
try to offer direct feeding ,it provides comfort and security too.
but if you have low milk supply,here I suggest some tips hope it help :
try different feeding positions.
offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches,the more milk is produced.
massage your breasts with coconut oil.
you can take leptadine tablets or shatavary granules with warm milk.
stay Stress free
although if it is not possible then please offer formula milk with katori and spoon.
