Hydration is atmost important for them , so make sure water is well taken, apart from that other natural source of fluids through foods as well.
you can offer fresh fruit juices, vegetable soups etc popsicles as well,
food should be in small portions,
so whole milk is good, vegetables which are brightly coloured such as brocolli, tomatoes, peoppers, carrots also fruits such as oranges, apples, pomogrante etc
