Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. 7 month baby having loose Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
