Hai experts and paediatrician My baby 1 year 5 months old small bubble appears or seen while he crying and doing big noises also it appears why it happen like this ? I should worry about this

A. May be due to cold salivation is more in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
