Hai doctor my baby is have skin rashes as per the picture please help us with reason and treatment

A. Madam these are not rashes for sure it’s either a major infection or major mosquito bites which has led to this kind of a situation please consult your doctor get it examined and start the treatment currently if you want you can use coconut oil
