hai doctor..I have mother of two kids one boy and girl 4years and 3 years ...which healthy milk protein powder to use to drink daily ...like complan horlicks these types .. which one best

Pediasure you can try because see at the end of the day all these powers have additional sugar which is why I personally do not feel the very healthy to be given to the kids yet if you want to give any of these powder and this is going to be a better option than other ones that you have mentioned
