Sometimes when the baby is more on the upper side a lot of women face this kind of a problem when it comes to their breathing and difficulty in the sleep is when you lie down completely because the stomach is too big so what you can do is you can sleep in 3/4 reclining position by using decent number of pillows still if you feel the problem is there then please consult your gynaecologist
