Q.
had my baby through c section as there were complications.. I am exclusively formula feeding my baby as I couldn't lactate..i tried everything..EVERYTHING.I am worried about my baby's immune system as it is said that not breastfeeding baby results in weak immune system ..is it really true? And is there any chance that I might be able to lactate..any medicines?any remedies??

First of all don't feel guilty of not feeding the baby as sonetimes it happens and even formula milk is good and babies taking formula milk are also healthy and if you want to try again then start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and eat a healthy and nutritious diet
