Gud mrng sir my baby is 48 days old he is not getting free motion from 2days and suffering from stomach ache .plz can let me know the medication

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months .
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme prepdarations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be arvoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .

Constipation is common in breast feed babies.
Babies can go without poop for a week altogether and even more.
So no need to worry.
For stomach pain, which is due to gas in stomach,u Can give colic aid or gastica drops to ur baby.
