gud mrng Dr my name is sowjanya Bharath Am suffering a cervical pain & back pain while giving a feeding time. & also my child age is 3 months. mensus is coming give me a suggestion mam about cervical pain & back pain

A. Hi dear mom Maintain straight posture while giving feed to ur baby. U can use collar during the day to get relief from cervical pain. Take calcium supplements till u breast feed ur baby ol. It is important. Do massage with warm oil to get relief from back pain.
