gud morning mam my younger daughter is 7 yrs old she is only 18kgs is this correct weight for her if not how can I increase her weight what is her ideal weight

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom she seems to be healthy enough , though the weight is slightly low to the range expected at this age . A little variation is acceptable as far as the child is active for the age and eating healthy balanced diet
