You can check in vaccination and growth tracker app over there you will come to know about the growth chart of the child otherwise for one month minimum gain your child should show about 500 g to 1 kg and after six months you can start giving semisolid food to the child other than the feeding that you were giving as that is going to be the right age to proceed with it
