ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Firstof all keep the child hydrated by either giving ORS or home made nimbu paani coconut water and gice light and easily digestible foods to tje child and if vomitings continues then consult with your paediatrician and get it checked
