Got my 4 month baby vaccine today crying alot as left thigh get swelled what to do. What to apply for relief

A. Thermophob you can apply on that area prior to that keep ice cube or cold pack for sometime and then apply this tube to 3 to 4 times in the day in the same manner and give paracetamol even if there is no fever so that it is going to help and reducing the pain
