goodmorning doctor...my son is 3 yr 8 month old ... since yesterday he has cold ...not running nose ...cough thick cough comes out from his nose whenever he blow his nose.. yesterday night he has 100.4 fever... yesterday I gave him cetrizin syrup 5ml and crocin syrup 5ml and homemade kaadha ..whole night he was fine... today morning no fever ....today he does black colour potty...i m worried for his potty colour...is black colour potty normal in cold ? or any other reason please explain.

Give steam inhalations 4 to 5 times a day for cold and cough, use baby vicks, use nasal drops for nasal block.
Use paracetamol in proper dose for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.

If not improvement and accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or breathlessness or dullness, poor intake consult your paediatrician asap.
