Goodevening doctor. Afternoon I got hurt working at home I didn't see steps walls it hit to my head. No bleeding came sir. Head paining and from left side inside throat water water coming feeling. Got hurt on left side head. Sleeping left side giddiness feeling. Any suggestions can u give. Is it normal.

A. hello dear. do cold fomentation at affected left side of head. it will help you. do not stress yourself about it. you may take tab combiflame time being to reduce pain.
