NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months and you cannot be giving your child any food till the baby compltes 6 months and if in the case the breastmilk is not sufficient then you can be giving infant formula milk and nothing else
