good morning sir, Now I am 7 months pregnant from the morning onwards I am having heavy hip pain kindly help me to come out of that pain thank you

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. take adequate rest for 2 to 3 hours and if it gets reduced nothing to worry about, but if the pain remains continuous you should once consult with your doctor for proper examination

You should check with your gynaecologist normally pain the hip should not happen like how you are having as of now it generally does not happen only but maybe you slept in the wrong posture or sat in the wrong post for long maybe that is why this pain is but don’t ignore it talk to your gynaecologist
