Good morning sir my son Shaurya always have alcer in his mouth throughout the year though I m giving to many cold item to finish his heat inside the stomach but still he alway alcer problem could plz help me nd suggest me what should I do .....

usually it is caused by constipation, body heat or vitamin B12 and folic deficiencies
so please give Healthy diet especially green veggies,curd, fresh fruits more
avoid giving RO water
