Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it may be due to cold weather. Sneezing and cough and cold are common in thind changing wheather . Steam should be given indirectly type 3 times in a day and asthkind LS can also be given 3 times in a day . If there is fever then paracetamol shoukd be given 3 to 4 times in a day
