good morning sir, my daughter is 1.5 year old, whenever I offer her cows milk she gets allergy y is that, and what kind food should I offer her in this age

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom as it is been reoccurring it would be good if you could avoid it even all products that included milk in their ingredient should also be avoided.
You can now give him usual foods made at home for the family , no much restrictions as such now instead of animal milk you can offer plant source milk to the toddler
