Good morning sir, My baby is 5 months old. When cerelec will be given to baby and what is the quantity of cerelec to be given per day.

A. dear Mum, top food should be given only after completion of 6 months. until then you should exclusively breastfeed. even after 6 months, you should avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods like cerelac and prefer to give homemade food.
