good morning sir, I have one month old baby,she has been suffering from motions for 5 days even though I gave medicine what is the problem with my child what can I do now

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatgic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associatehd with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
