Good morning Sir ab meri Beti 9 month ki ho gyi hai... or ab har cheez khaa leti hai... mera question ye ki mera bada hua weight mere aage chal kr bimari na bana Jaye plz mjhe kuch healthy diet aur yoga bataen kam time mein
