Good morning, My child fell down during running in last week. His right leg got hurt but no any external wound is seen. From that time he is unable to stand and walk. Shown to local pediatrician he suggested for X ray of knee. All reports are normal. Pl suggest some solution

A. it will take around 4 Weeks for the recovery to occur save the child is not having any fracture then just a regular rest with plaster or simple bandage will help in improving
