Good morning,  my baby is 13 month.he had  fall down from the bed yesterday noon.he had vomiting in evening one time only and  his right side head is little bit swollen, but all activities are same like before.  should I worried about him?

Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness  reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs  immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. 
Recurrent fall injury fyor a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally .
Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commoynly associated  and can be easily missed out most of the time .
