Good morning mam My baby is 9 month old her motion is very tite so difficult to passing.

Give prune juice or just dried prune to chew upon...also chk if u r using formula milk or cerelac...they generally causes constipation....if u cant give her prune juice than soak some munnaqa without seeds in milk for 2 hrs..boil that milk and on cooling to room temperature give it to ur lo
