Good morning mam My baby 6 yrs old. On bteast feeding upto 3.5 years and she didnot like outside milk. She wont drink. What ate the foods give to her to get calcium.

A. Hi mom if not drinking outside milk then u can give milk in other form like paneer and curd. or give kheer ,custard,sweet vermicelli made with milk. almonds ,sweet potato,green leafy vegetables, sesame seeds etc
