Good Morning mam, I m running in 17 thweeks of pregnancy , I m feeling pain around navel and pelvic part ...Often I feel heat pain what is the reason mam kindly help me to get rid of it

Do you have umbilical hernia?
Also the pelvic pain could be because of round ligament getting stretched out.
We should also rule out if you have uti or renal stone
