Q.
Good Morning Madam... i ve new born 17days old baby.. Baby was good and active.. but i ve some issue,. Am feeding baby but milk not sufficient for baby Am feel having philes problem, cant tolerate the pain.. so pls kindly advice me madam..

If ur breast milk is not sufficient then u can have lactare tablets to increase ur breast milk.
Also for the piles problem, make sure that u are not constipated. Have plenty of water and fiber food like cabbage, roti, salads, papaya etc to get relief from constipation. Also consult with your doctor for the medicine.
