Good morning maam, please suggest good diet for weight loss ,for my daughter. she is 8 years old and her weight is 35 kg.

A. Diet rich with protein,like milk paneer and curd,salad,green vegetables fruits and avoid sweets in her diet

A. hello try to engage the child in some physical activities sports be the best for the child n u can go with swimming or any sports the child likes will be best
